Return & Exchange Policy

We also understand that choosing the right size can sometimes be a challenge,
so we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Exchange Policy Conditions:

  • Products can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the shipment, provided the product is in its original condition and the label is intact and undamaged.
  • If all the above conditions are met, the product will be exchanged according to our approved procedures.

Return/Refund Policy Conditions:

  • Products can be returned within 3 days of receiving the shipment, provided the product is in its original condition and the label is intact and undamaged.
  • If the item was received damaged, we regret that the refund cannot be processed.
  • All returned products undergo inspection to ensure compliance with return conditions.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once the return is received and confirmed to meet the conditions, the refund process will begin.
The amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping fees paid in the original order are not refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
